Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a gentle practice that balances the mind and body through physical postures and breathwork.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners, Hatha focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

It’s a great way to slow down, release tension, and improve overall mental clarity. Expect to leave feeling calm, centered, and recharged.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a very slow and deeply restorative practice that targets the body's connective tissues.
All postures are done seated or laying down and held for around 5 minutes.
This class is ideal for anyone struggling with anxiety, overthinking, chronic pain, stiff muscles, mobility issues or advanced practitioners who want to gain deeper flexibility.
Benefits of Yin Yoga:
With a focus on stillness and relaxation, Yin encourages mindfulness and inner peace, while boosting emotional resilience. -
Feel & Heal is a project created to combine both aspects of physical and emotional wellness. Our team is made up of Arianna Debono, a physiotherapist/Pilates instructor and Carly ciantar, a psychotherapist.
A 3-hour workshop that will include two exercise sessions and an interactive discussion in between. -
Fully equipped fitness studio - ideal for fitness and/or dance classes, or even for exercise sessions among friends - available for rent.
The studio is fully air conditioned and has a sound system installed. Free wi-fi and toilet facilities are also included.

Ms. Arianna Debono
APPI Certified Pilates Instructor
Arianna Debono is a dedicated Physiotherapist, APPI certified Pilates instructor and Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher. She has a deep passion for movement and body awareness rooted in her early training in dance and ballet. Her background in these disciplines sparked her love for Pilates, which she discovered as a powerful way to improve strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.
Arianna qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2017 from University of Malta, and completed her Pilates Matwork course in 2018. In 2024, Arianna furthered her expertise by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, enabling her to combine her Pilates experience with a mindful approach to yoga. She now leads foundation-level yoga and all levels Pilates classes, offering group and one-to-one sessions that blend her knowledge of movement, posture, and alignment.
With a strong foundation as a physiotherapist, Arianna’s classes focus on creating a balanced, safe, and effective practice tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you're looking to enhance your flexibility, build core strength, or explore yoga as a beginner, Arianna’s holistic and movement-focused approach provides a welcoming space for all levels.Read more -
Ms. Giulia Bertone
Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor & Health Psychology Practitioner
A practitioner for a decade, Giulia has trained in India to teach yoga in its traditional and multifaceted forms. Her classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork and Meditation.
Having a a Master in Psychology in Health Psychology and extensive mindfulness training, Giulia combines her vast knowledge in psychology, health and yoga to create classes which are accessible to everyone and focused on improving mental, physical and emotional wellbeing - by releasing stress and learning how to approach life more mindfully.Read more -
Ms. Carly Ciantar
Gestalt Psychotherapist
Carly is a warranted Gestalt Psychotherapist who wholeheartedly embraces the belief that talking is a powerful form of healing.
Her aim is to guide individuals on a transformative journey to self-discovery; By providing the right support and guidance for one to become more self-aware of their actions, thoughts and emotions.
