    Ms. Arianna Debono

    APPI Certified Pilates Instructor

    Arianna Debono is a dedicated Physiotherapist, APPI certified Pilates instructor and Yoga Alliance certified Yoga teacher. She has a deep passion for movement and body awareness rooted in her early training in dance and ballet. Her background in these disciplines sparked her love for Pilates, which she discovered as a powerful way to improve strength, flexibility, and injury prevention.

    Arianna qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2017 from University of Malta, and completed her Pilates Matwork course in 2018. In 2024, Arianna furthered her expertise by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, enabling her to combine her Pilates experience with a mindful approach to yoga. She now leads foundation-level yoga and all levels Pilates classes, offering group and one-to-one sessions that blend her knowledge of movement, posture, and alignment.

    With a strong foundation as a physiotherapist, Arianna’s classes focus on creating a balanced, safe, and effective practice tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you're looking to enhance your flexibility, build core strength, or explore yoga as a beginner, Arianna’s holistic and movement-focused approach provides a welcoming space for all levels.

    Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor & Health Psychology Practitioner

    A practitioner for a decade, Giulia has trained in India to teach yoga in its traditional and multifaceted forms. Her classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork and Meditation.

    Having a a Master in Psychology in Health Psychology and extensive mindfulness training, Giulia combines her vast knowledge in psychology, health and yoga to create classes which are accessible to everyone and focused on improving mental, physical and emotional wellbeing - by releasing stress and learning how to approach life more mindfully.
