    Ms. Arianna Debono

    Physiotherapist

    Arianna Debono qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2017 from University of Malta. She was able to incorporate her dance background into the Pilates world. She completed the APPI Matwork program in 2018 and has been teaching ever since. All levels are welcome, and no class is ever the same.

    She is specialized in the palliative care setting, and has been a hospice physiotherapist for five years.

    Juanita is a physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries. She graduated from University of Malta in 2015 and also obtained a Master's Degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine from University College London.

    Juanita has a passion for sports and has spent more than eight years working for several local football clubs. She has a wide range of experience in treating various injuries and focuses on treating the cause of the injury rather than just the symptoms. She is passionate about getting you back to where you want to be, whether your focus is returning to work, sport or activity following surgery or injury.

    Juanita is a member of the Malta Association of Physiotherapists (MAP) and the Council for Professionals Complementary to Medicine (CPCM).

    Vanessa has also collaborated with various football clubs, gaining valuable experience at iconic events, including Champions League matches. Her diverse background in physiotherapy not only showcases her clinical expertise but also her passion for helping individuals regain their strength and mobility.

    Simon Gouder graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Malta in 2004. He has cultivated a diverse clinical background spanning orthopaedics, neurology, and outpatient care within the Maltese public health system.

    He completed his Masters degree from Northumbria university in 2011 and underwent training by the British Association of Hand Therapy (BAHT). He is an active member within the International Federation of the Society for Hand Therapy where he represents Malta and has sat on a number of sub committees

    He has worked with a number of football and waterpolo teams.

    He has contributed to clinical research, co-authoring studies and publications.
